The terms and conditions of use for the website www.kidszipsheets.eu and the conclusion of distance contracts via means of distance communication apply primarily for the herein presented terms and conditions of use, unless the contracting parties (seller and buyer) agree otherwise. The terms and conditions of use are subject to the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14) and Civil Obligations Act (OG 35/05, OG 41/08 and 125/111). When ordering products through means of distance communication and concluding the contract, the buyer will immediately be informed about all the required data referred to in Article 57 pursuant to Article 66 paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer will receive the Pre-contractual statement as well as the Form for unilateral contract termination pursuant to Article 61 of the Consumer Protection Act.

We refer our buyers to get acquainted with these terms and conditions and to check them regularly so they are aware of all their rights and obligations before making a purchase. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice and will not be liable for any possible consequences of such changes. LABORA TRADE reserves the right to discontinue services and to change the content, as well as other services and sub-pages that are part of the internet commerce at any time without prior notice and will not be responsible for any consequences arising from such changes. LABORA TRADE reserves the right to change, restrict or terminate the service of internet commerce at any time without prior notice, including partial or complete restriction to certain services for users who violate these terms. Only adults are granted access to our services.
Children and minors are not allowed to use the web store and the parents or guardians are required to pay attention, otherwise they assume all rights and obligations resulting from such use. LABORA TRADE is not responsible for any consequences of such use. The purchased products are used at your own risk and cannot be considered a substitute for medical treatment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
These Terms and conditions, as well as individual terms of sale specified by the information on specific products constitute an offer for contract conclusion, which the buyer agrees to by registering, completing an order or otherwise determined by the terms. This is considered as a concluded contract between the buyer and LABORA TRADE according to the terms of sale specified herein.
The object and the commercial purpose of the contract is the purchase of selected products or services over the internet in exchange for payment - the price of the product or service. The contract is concluded by means of distance communication (distance contract), and this through: press advertising with an order form, telephone with human interaction and without it, and through the internet.
The contract comes into force and is binding from the time when the user accepts the offer by:
• selecting payment and completion of order as a registered user
• selecting payment and completion of order as a guest
• selecting payment and completion of order by e-mail
In the process of registration or creating a user account, the user is required to choose a username and password and provide a valid e-mail address. All data required for registration or creating a user account must be true. It is prohibited to use other people's data.
b) When registering on our Facebook profile (if you want to comment and participate actively on our Facebook profile) the name that you registered on Facebook (Facebook account) will be used. The same thing applies to Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE PRICES highlighted on the website, are expressed in HRK and € at the average exchange rates, VAT included. The price of the product does not include delivery costs. Prices, payment terms and special offers are valid only at the time of order and/or payment and are subject to change without notice.
DELIVERY COSTS are seen when making the order and depend on which delivery service will be selected and are accordingly charged. After entering data about delivery options and just before the conclusion of the order you will see the accurate information on the delivery costs and the total amount to be paid.
LABORA TRADE reserves the right to mistakes in the description and photos, as well as in the display of the products. The picture that illustrates the product does not have to match the actual layout and contents of the product. We will try to publish accurate and current data, but will not be responsible for its accuracy and completeness. All the customer's rights regarding complaints and returns are described in these terms.
1. a) Payment on delivery: you pay with cash when you receive the package - only in Croatia.

PRODUCT DELIVERY: The Croatian Post, Overseas or other courier services supply our products. Deliveries will be made within 14 days of the order, and at the latest within the legal deadline of 30 days. If we are unable to make the delivery because the product is not in stock or cannot be ordered anymore, we are obliged to notify the buyer in writing. The buyer has the right to cancel the order/contract or agree on a different delivery date. We will try to deliver all purchased products in the same package. If this is not possible due to the unavailability of a product, we reserve the right to deliver it in multiple packages.
PRODUCT RETURNS are accepted only with the original receipt as proof of purchase.
Credit card slips and similar certificates cannot replace the original receipt. No receipt - no return.
The purchased products are packed in a way that will not damage them in the transport/delivery. The buyer is obliged to check the package upon receipt. If the package has visible damage/defects, we recommend that the buyer refuses to receive it, because there is a possibility that the product inside the package is damaged. By refusing the receipt of the package, the delivery service will return it to LABORA TRADE, noting that it is damaged.

WARRANTY STATEMENT AND SERVICE CONDITIONS
All products which have a guarantee are subject to the warranty conditions specified in the warranty card. The warranty does not exclude liability for material defects. The buyer is obliged to keep the receipt and warranty card for the duration of the warranty period.
We guarantee that the product, if used according to the supplied instructions and warranty card, will work properly in the warranty period. In case of damage and defects we pledge to replace the product within a reasonable time according to the Civil Obligations Act.
RIGHT TO UNILATERALLY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT
Only the buyer who has concluded a distance contract (web store, sale, sale by mail) may terminate the contract without giving a reason for it (Article 72 CPA), within 14 days of the receipt of the goods, assuming that before that he/she received the notice to unilaterally terminate the contract. If a buyer with a distance contract did not receive that notice he/she has the right to unilateral contract termination for 12 months.
The buyer is not entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract:
• if the service is completely fulfilled, and the fulfillment began with his/her consent and with the confirmation that he/she is familiar with the fact that he/she will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the service is completely fulfilled,
• if the product was unsealed after the delivery and therefore is not suitable to be returned for medical or hygienic reasons
• If the product, after delivery, is inseparably mixed with other things because of its nature
If you want to unilaterally terminate the contract, you have to inform LABORA TRADE about your decision before the deadline in an unambiguous statement sent by the post to LABORA TRADE -TRPINJSKA CESTA 190, 32010 VUKOVAR, CROATIA or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, phone: 00385 (0) 98 729 544, fax: 00385 (0) 32 300 699, in which you state your name, address, telephone number, fax number or email address. You can also use the Information form for unilateral contract termination.
The Information form of unilateral contract termination, which buyers can find on the website, can be filled out electronically in which case LABORA TRADE automatically sends a confirmation of unilateral contract termination by e-mail.
The deadline for unilateral contract termination is 14 days from the day when the buyer or a third party assigned by the buyer, who is not a carrier, received the goods.
If the user unilaterally terminates the contract, the money will be returned including the delivery costs without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date LABORA TRADE received the buyer's Notice to unilaterally terminate the contract and the goods, unless the user has selected a different type of delivery, which is not the cheapest standard delivery that is offered. Refunds will be made in the same way as payment after the goods are returned. The buyer is obliged to send the goods to LABORA TRADE -TRPINJSKA CESTA 190, 32010 VUKOVAR, CROATIA without delay, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date the notice to unilaterally terminate the contract was requested. The cost of returning the goods must be borne by the buyer.
The buyer also bears the cost of any damage of the goods resulting from improper handling of the goods (Article 77 CPA) (unpacked goods, lost documents and parts, damage, use of goods, etc.), except if it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
If the product is returned faulty, with extensive damage or without parts and documentation, it is considered that the buyer has not fulfilled the obligation to return the goods and the seller is not obliged to refund payments in full and there will be an assessment of the product value.
RESERVATION AND PRE-ORDERING OF PRODUCTS
LABORA TRADE gives you the opportunity to pre-order products that are no longer in stock or products that are coming soon. If the buyer wants to order more products that are not in stock or that are coming soon, it is necessary to place an order via the link on the page www.kidszipsheets.eu and pay 50% of the total cost of the products - for reservation. Reservation confirmation will be sent to the customer via e-mail. Delivery of the reserved products is 3 months from the date of the confirmation order/reservation.
When the goods are available, the buyer will be notified via e-mail. The buyer must then make the rest of the payment. The buyer may, within 14 days of confirmation/reservation withdraw from the purchase and then the money will be returned. If the buyer wants to withdraw from the purchase after the cancellation period of 14 days, the advance payment of 50% will not be refunded.
NOTICE ON WRITTEN COMPLAINTS
All the complaints pursuant to article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41./2014.) can be sent by mail, fax or e-mail as well as in business premises/shops where you are. If an objection is filed in business premises/shops, the sales person shall immediately certify in writing the receipt of the complaint.

In order to, pursuant to article 10, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, confirm the receipt of the written complaint and to respond to it, please provide accurate information for the receipt of the same.
The complaint must be responded to in writing no later than within 15 days of receiving the complaint. Otherwise, you can contact the State Inspectorate and the Consumer Protection Association.
DATA PROTECTION WHILE PURCHASING
LABORA TRADE is obliged to respect the anonymity and privacy of the users of websites. The data will be used and processed solely for the purposes specified by these terms. We may collect personal data such as name, address, national identification number, telephone number or e-mail address only if the user voluntarily submits it.
LABORA TRADE will use the information solely for the purpose to fulfill contractual obligations and to have a better insight and understanding of individual needs, habits and the requirements of users, as well as to further develop the quality for all of its services. LABORA TRADE collects, processes and publishes data about users which are related to the way the internet trades without revealing the identity of the user and/or personal data that allow the disclosure of the user's identity.
LABORA TRADE does not record your credit card number or store transaction data. For billing credit cards third party services are used, authorized banks that protect your information through encryption.
