1. Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to return it with the original receipt within the period of 14 days. Reimbursement of the product value will be within 14 days of the receipt of the product.
The process of returning the product:
If you want to return the product, you can do it within 14 days of the receipt of the product. The conditions under which you can return the products are listed in the Notice of unilateral contract termination in the delivery package.
Refund or replacement of the product will not be possible if the damage occurred from improper use of the product or by keeping the product in inappropriate conditions (for example, a wet room). So, please, before using the product read the instructions and conditions carefully . We accept only unused products.
Returned products must be completely undamaged, unused, in unchanged amount and must be in the original packaging. The delivery of the products in the Republic of Croatia is FREE of charge.
The delivery of the products to the EU is charged and in it includes the costs of packaging and shipping.
The postage price in the EU depends on the delivery options and HPexpress price list for each country in accordance with the valid price list of the supplier on the day of departure.
You can pay the purchased product on delivery, when picking up the package at your local post office, through bank transfer payment or PayPal. The offer is valid for 3 business days, and in case the order is not paid for, the order will be canceled.
Products in stock will be delivered within 14 days of the order confirmation. Our sales agent will notify you about the delivery deadline for products that need to be ordered.
4. Payment conditions
Products can be paid on delivery, through bank transfer payment or PayPal.
The product and/or service price (VAT included) and the delivery cost can be seen in the shopping cart in the ordering process.
You will also receive all the information about your order electronically, to your e-mail address that you specify in the shopping cart while entering data when closing orders. If you do not receive this notice, there is a possibility that you entered the wrong e-mail address. The main characteristics of the product, usage, price, special actions and benefits, payment and delivery options are valid at the time of the conclusion of the order. All prices include VAT. In case the delivery date or any other important circumstances for the execution of the order change, our sales agent will immediately notify you.
7. The purchasing process on :www.kidszipsheets.eu.
a) Step: the products that you have added to the cart can be seen on the website of the shopping cart. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the link 'Remove from cart' to the right of the product. Click on 'Continue to payment' to confirm your purchase.
b) Step: the buyer completes his order by filling in the required information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address). Click on 'Continue to payment' to finish your order.
c) Step: if the order is successfully executed, the buyer will see the text "Thank you for your order. In addition, the buyer will be informed that the details of the order will be sent to the provided e-mail address.
If the buyer wants to change the order or cancel it after the conclusion, it can be done when our consultant from the call center contacts him/her or through our e-mail email@example.com.
After sending the order, the buyer will receive an e-mail with the order details and the information that the order is sent. The buyer will also be informed that he/she will be contacted by e-mail for the final order confirmation.
In the order confirmation the buyer will be informed about the expected time of delivery of the purchased products. If the buyer wants to cancel the order after confirmation , he/she may do so as long as the products are not being sent by calling the number 00385 (0) 98729544 or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivery of ordered products
The delivery will be made in accordance with product availability. In case the delivery date or any other important circumstances for the execution of the order change, you will immediately be notified by phone or email.
8. Complaints and information
If the product is damaged or you want to replace it with another, you can send it by mail to the following address: LABORA TRADE, TRPINJSKA CESTA 190, 32010 Vukovar. Products are sent at your expense. After replacing, the new product will be sent to your home address at our expense.
Important note: If you want to advertise, replace or return the product, you must have the original receipt.

10. Inability of delivery by the seller:
In case the seller can't deliver the product because the ordered product is not in stock or it is not possible to order from a supplier, the buyer will be notified in writing. The buyer may cancel the order or accept a new delivery date. If the buyer cancels the order, the money will be returned.
11. Inability of delivery by the seller regarding products on sale or high demand products
In case of sales and special offers, when there is a high demand of products, the seller will notify the buyer in writing about the cancellation of the order because the ordered product is not in stock or it is not possible to order it from a supplier.
This is the case when the buyer made an order, but didn't make the payment and therefore no confirmation of the order/conclusion of contract was made by the seller.
Please take into account when ordering products - the sentence "Your order has been successful" means only that we have received your order, but that it is not completed and will not be delivered until you receive an e-mail confirming your order from our sales agent.
12. Possibility of pre-ordering the products which are not in stock or products that are coming soon
LABORA TRADE gives you the opportunity to pre-order products that are no longer in stock or products that are coming soon. If the buyer wants to order more products that are not in stock or that are coming soon, it is necessary to place an order via the link on the page www.kidszipsheets.eu and pay 50% of the total cost of the products - for reservation. Reservation confirmation will be sent to the customer via e-mail. Delivery of the reserved products is 3 months from the date of the confirmation order/reservation.
When the goods are available, the buyer will be notified via e-mail. The buyer must then make the rest of the payment. The buyer may, within 14 days of confirmation/reservation withdraw from the purchase and then the money will be returned. If the buyer wants to withdraw from the purchase after the cancellation period of 14 days, the advance payment of 50% will not be refunded.
